The new VTI Motorsport H2B Engine Loom is a production-ready Honda engine harness developed around the OBD1 P28 + Hondata S300 platform.

Built from the ground up using USA-sourced M22759/32 Tefzel wire and Raychem materials, this loom brings true Milspec construction to a clean, practical Honda engine harness without turning the installation into an overcomplicated race harness.

Full concentric construction. Shielded twisted MIL-core circuits. Individually twisted sensor branches. Raychem SCL transitions. Motorsport-grade DTM connections. Every termination identified and every loom electrically tested before it leaves VTI.

This is the foundation of the VTI Motorsport Honda loom platform.

Originally developed for H2B applications, the routing and architecture work exceptionally well across Honda’s DOHC platforms, including:

H22 · H23 · F20B · B20 · B18 · B16

The loom is designed around both front- and rear-mounted alternator configurations, making it a versatile engine-side solution without requiring a completely different harness architecture for every application.

This is a non-bulkheaded Motorsport engine loom designed for both serious street cars and race applications.

Motorsport Connector Architecture

The main distributor connection is converted to a DTM 12-pin connector with a supplemental harness for the selected distributor configuration.

The loom also includes:

  • Selectable OBD1 / OBD2A distributor configuration
  • Selectable injector connector configuration
  • DTM-based supplemental alternator connection
  • Integrated DTM 2-pin boost-control connector
  • Front or rear alternator configuration

Built to a Repeatable VTI Standard

This isn’t a one-off custom harness.

The H2B loom was developed as a repeatable VTI production platform. Every loom follows the same routing architecture, material specification, identification system, termination process, inspection, and electrical testing procedure.

That means you get the same VTI construction every time.
