Built around Honda performance

VTI Motorsports grew from a passion for Honda performance and hands-on wiring work. Our focus is practical: engine harnesses and electrical systems that fit the build, make sense to install, and can be serviced later.

Based in Vermont, VTI designs, assembles, and electrically tests its in-house harnesses. Our production range and custom work draw on experience with Honda engine management, chassis integration, and standalone ECUs.

What we build in-house

Our in-house range includes engine looms, chassis subharnesses, and power and ground cable assemblies. Production harnesses follow a defined configuration, with the connector and hardware options listed on each product.

The Honda OBD1 / P28 loom follows stock Honda engine-management logic and supports Hondata S300 builds. Our Link loom is built around the G4X CivicLink HC96X and Honda OBD2A integration. Each has its own specification and intended application.

Materials chosen for the application

Materials are specified for the job each assembly performs. The Honda OBD1 engine loom uses M22759/32 Tefzel wire and Raychem materials, while the power and ground kit uses 4AWG OFC welding cable with DR-25 sleeving. Connector selection, branch routing, identification, and electrical testing are part of the build process.

Check each product page for the exact materials, included components, connector options, and fitment. The wider store also carries supporting hardware and products from other manufacturers, identified on their listings.

Production harness or custom project?

If a production harness matches your ECU and engine combination, choose the listed options and confirm the chassis integration required. For a different ECU, extra sensors, bulkhead connections, PDM integration, or a broader wiring project, start with a custom inquiry.

Send us the vehicle, engine, ECU model, existing hardware, and scope of work. We review the combination and requirements before defining the build and quote.

Know what you are ordering

Fitment, included parts, and lead times depend on the product and configuration. Review the listing and shipping and lead-time information, or contact VTI if you need help selecting the right assembly.
