Thank you for shopping with VTI (VTEC Innovations). We want you to have a great experience and understand how your order gets from our shop to your doorstep. This policy explains how we ship, estimated timelines, tracking, and how custom orders work.


1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed:

  • Standard Items (In Stock): Most in-stock orders are packaged and shipped within 1–7 business days.

  • Custom / Bespoke Orders: Products that are built to order, modified to specification, or customized (including harnesses and adapter items) have variable lead times based on complexity, materials, and current workload. We will notify you if your order has a customized lead time and provide an approximate timeframe.

Estimated processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Shopify


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reputable carriers for domestic and international delivery. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with:

  • The carrier name

  • Tracking number (when available)

Please allow up to 24 hours after notification for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system. Shopify


3. Shipping Destinations

We ship to:

  • United States (including standard territories)

  • International destinations where supported at checkout

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Shipping method selected at checkout

  • Destination and distance

  • Package size/weight

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before purchase. Any shipping promotions or flat-rate offers will also show there.


5. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery timelines depend on the carrier and service selected, and may vary due to factors outside our control (such as weather, carrier delays, or holidays). Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates — they are estimates only. Shopify


6. Tracking & Notifications

Once your package has shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipment email with tracking details (if available)

  • A link to track your order online

If you do not receive this email within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us. We’re happy to help track it down.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we work with trusted carriers, sometimes packages are delayed or damaged in transit. If your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your order, or your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact the carrier with your tracking number to confirm status.

  2. If the carrier confirms loss or damage, and the item is undeliverable as shipped, contact us immediately at:

We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution.


8. Custom Orders & Lead Times

Because many VTI products are made to order or customized per customer requirements:

  • Lead times may vary — we will always communicate expectations before production starts.

  • Any changes to timelines will be communicated as soon as they occur.

These lead times are part of fulfilling a bespoke purchase and are not considered delays in service.
