Welcome to VTI Motorsports, operated by VTEC Innovations LLC. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By using this website or purchasing any products from VTI Motorsports (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including all policies referenced herein.

We may refuse service where permitted by law.

2. OFF-ROAD USE ONLY

All products sold by VTI Motorsports are intended FOR OFF-ROAD USE ONLY.

Our products are not designed, tested, or certified for use on public roads and may not comply with local, state, or federal regulations including emissions, safety, or roadworthiness laws.

By purchasing from VTI Motorsports, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Products are intended solely for off-road, motorsport, or competition use

  • You assume all responsibility for installation, application, and usage

  • VTI Motorsports is not responsible for legal compliance, inspections, emissions testing, or vehicle operation

3. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

The VTI in-house Honda OBD1 P28 / Hondata S300 engine loom and Link G4X CivicLink HC96X / Honda OBD2A engine loom are non-cancelable once ordered, including all selectable configurations. The 24-hour cancellation window does not apply to these two products.

For other products, cancellation requests must be received within 24 consecutive hours of ordering, including weekends and holidays, and before shipment or supplier fulfillment. After 24 hours, change-of-mind cancellation is not available. Eligibility is based on when we receive your request; we will confirm the outcome by email. Label creation alone does not mean carrier handoff.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds for correctly supplied products. These restrictions do not exclude remedies for defective, misdescribed, or incorrect goods, shipment delays, non-delivery, or other rights required by law. 4. PRODUCT INFORMATION & COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchasing.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only. Minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

VTI Motorsports is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or application outside intended use.

5. INSTALLATION & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Installation of our products requires mechanical and electrical knowledge. Improper installation can result in vehicle damage, personal injury, or death.

By purchasing and installing any VTI Motorsports product, you agree that:

  • You assume all risks associated with installation and use

  • VTI Motorsports is not liable for damages to vehicles, components, or persons

  • Professional installation is strongly recommended

6. PRODUCT ISSUES & WARRANTIES

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and details so we can review the issue under our Return and Refund Policy. Any product-specific written warranty applies according to its terms. Nothing in these terms excludes applicable statutory warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VTI Motorsports shall not be liable for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or vehicle use

  • Installation or labor costs

  • Vehicle failure, injury, or death

Where permitted by law, VTI Motorsports’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including logos, images, text, diagrams, and designs—is the property of VTI Motorsports and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to errors, suspected fraud, or misuse.

10. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

Creating a shipping label means the order is being prepared for shipment; it does not confirm carrier possession. Tracking movement reflects carrier scans. Contact us about loss, damage, or non-delivery so we can investigate and assist with a resolution. See our Shipping Policy. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, United States.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
