The VTI Honda Dual Fan Relay Kit is a professional-grade 10AWG sealed radiator fan wiring upgrade designed for high-performance Honda builds. Built to support SPAL and OEM cooling fans, this dual relay system delivers reliable high-current power for K-swaps, Civic builds, Integra setups, and trunk battery configurations. Featuring a sealed Littlefuse-style relay box, 50A input fuse, and dual 30A fan outputs, this kit is engineered for clean installation and long-term reliability.
True Dual Relay, Dual Output Fan Control
This kit uses two independent high-current relays to control each fan individually, allowing reliable operation of OEM or aftermarket dual fan setups.
A three-fuse layout is used for proper circuit protection:

Two independent 30A fused fan outputs
This ensures stable power delivery and protects both fans independently under high load.
OEM Honda Ground Trigger Integration
The system is designed to trigger using an OEM Honda fan switch / ground trigger, maintaining factory-style logic while upgrading the power delivery side of the circuit.

Proper 10 AWG Power Wiring & Terminals
All high-current fan circuits are built using true 10 AWG copper wiring, terminated into 10 AWG-rated terminals where required. This eliminates common voltage drop and overheating issues found in undersized relay kits.
This kit is capable of reliably powering OEM, SPAL, or other high-performance electric fans without stressing the wiring or connectors.
Clean PDM-Style Relay Box Construction
The relay system is housed in a Littlefuse PDM-style sealed fuse and relay box, with all internal routing optimized to eliminate visible looping beneath the box.
A metal mounting bracket is included, allowing secure installation in the engine bay or chassis while maintaining a professional, OEM-plus appearance.
All wiring is either properly loomed or heat-shrunk for durability and a clean finish.
Selectable Harness Length Options
To support different vehicle layouts, this kit is available in two harness length configurations:
