This flex fuel sensor wiring kit is designed to provide reliable ethanol content input for Honda performance and standalone ECU setups. Built in-house by VTEC Innovations using professional motorsport wiring practices, this kit delivers clean signal integrity, durability, and a streamlined installation.

Each kit is constructed to VTI standards using DR-25 loom and high-quality components for long-term reliability in street and performance environments.

Multiple ECU Termination Options

This flex fuel wiring kit is available with selectable ECU termination options to support a wide range of engine management systems.

The S300 P28 Plug-and-Play option is designed for direct integration with OBD1 P28 ECUs running Hondata S300.

The Standalone / Superseal option supports common standalone ECU setups using sealed Superseal connections.

The Unterminated leads option provides raw wire ends for custom ECU pinning or race wiring applications.

ECU termination is selected at checkout to ensure the kit is built correctly for your setup.

DTM 3-Pin Sensor Interface with Extended ECU Lead

Each kit includes a DTM 3-pin connector at the sensor end for secure, weather-resistant connection to the flex fuel sensor.

From the DTM connector, the harness runs approximately 6 feet to the ECU side, providing ample length for clean routing through the engine bay and into the cabin. Unterminated configurations maintain the same lead length for flexibility.

DR-25 Loomed Mil-Spec Construction

All flex fuel kits are built using mil-spec M22759/32 (Tefzel) wire and protected with DR-25 heat shrink for abrasion resistance and heat protection.

This construction ensures excellent durability in high-heat and high-vibration environments while maintaining a clean, professional appearance consistent with VTI standards.

Optional Billet Mounting Bracket & AN Fitting Selection

An optional billet mounting bracket is available for customers seeking a clean, secure, drop-in mounting solution for the flex fuel sensor.

Fitting options are also available to support different fuel system configurations:
