A dedicated power harness for your fuel pump or single cooling fan, built around a TE high-current relay with stud-and-lug power connections. Cable lengths, wire gauge, fuse protection and terminations are specified for your application.

Built around your pump or fan

  • TE high-current relay selected for the application.
  • Stud-and-lug battery and output connections for a clean, secure power path.
  • Inline battery-feed fuse protection sized for the agreed configuration.
  • 10–4 AWG battery and output wiring options, selected to suit the load, run length and terminations.
  • Separate disconnectable trigger harness with a 2-pin DTM connection at the relay.
  • Superseal trigger lead and switched-12V spade connection, configured for the installation.

About the pictured build

This example uses 10 AWG power wiring for a 525 fuel pump, a TE relay model rated up to 70A continuous, and a preinstalled two-wire bulkhead pass-through leading directly to the pump connector. The bulkhead and pump-side connection are application-specific options, not standard inclusions in every kit.

Relay models rated up to 130A continuous are available for appropriate builds. Relay contact ratings do not represent the current capacity of every completed harness. Finished-kit limits depend on wire gauge and length, fuse protection, connectors, terminations and installation conditions.

Pricing and configuration

Builds start at $199. This is the minimum starting price, not a deposit or a fixed price for the photographed assembly. Final pricing depends on relay selection, cable gauge and lengths, connectors, bulkhead requirements and integration work.

Each kit is made to the agreed specification. Fitment, pricing and lead time are confirmed before ordering.

What to include with your request

  • Fuel pump or fan make and model, quantity and available current-draw information.
  • Battery-to-relay and relay-to-load cable lengths.
  • Mounting location and vehicle/application details.
  • ECU, factory wiring or switch that will trigger the relay.
  • Required connectors, bulkhead pass-throughs and any useful installation photos.
