Product Overview

Our B/D Series OBD1 Mil-Spec engine harness is designed and built entirely in-house to provide a clean, reliable, and highly serviceable wiring solution for OBD1 Honda builds. This harness is intended for customers who want motorsport-level materials and construction methods without sacrificing clean installation and long-term reliability.

Every harness is built, labeled, continuity-checked, and tested in-house prior to shipment.

Construction & Materials

M22759/16 and M22759/32 Mil-Spec silver-plated copper wire with PTFE insulation
M22759/55 shielded wire used where required
DR-25 heat-shrink or flame-resistant, clean-cut Mil-Spec braided loom (selectable)
OEM genuine connectors, terminals, and seals
Mil-Spec splices with proper environmental sealing
Black heat-shrink labels with white printed text on all connectors
Clear SCL applied over labels for added durability and protection
Main harness trunk extended approximately 12 inches to allow improved routing, better serviceability, and a cleaner final installation
