VTEC Innovations (VTI)

At VTEC Innovations, all products are built-to-order and engineered for specific customer applications. Due to the bespoke and motorsport nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Products

All harnesses, wiring solutions, and custom electronic components are:

  • Built to customer-selected specifications

  • Manufactured upon order

  • Tailored to specific engine, ECU, and chassis configurations

Because these products are custom-built and not shelf inventory, they are sold as-is.

All sales are final.

We do not offer:

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Exchanges

  • Cancellations after production has begun

Unless specifically agreed to in writing prior to purchase.

Electrical & Motorsport Use Disclaimer

Our products are intended for off-road, motorsport, or competition use unless otherwise specified.

Installation quality, vehicle condition, tuning calibration, and electrical system health are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for:

  • Improper installation

  • Incorrect ECU configuration

  • Tuning errors

  • Vehicle electrical faults

  • Damage caused by unrelated vehicle systems

  • Damage caused by misuse or modification after delivery

Warranty Coverage

We stand behind the workmanship of our harnesses.

VTI warrants that:

  • All wiring is correctly pinned according to order specifications

  • All connectors are properly terminated

  • All circuits are continuous and tested prior to shipment

  • All materials meet the construction standard described at time of purchase

If a workmanship defect is found, we will evaluate and address the issue accordingly.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by installation error

  • Physical damage

  • Heat damage

  • Pin pull-out due to improper connector handling

  • Short circuits caused by external wiring

  • ECU damage due to improper setup

Technical Support & Diagnostics

We provide thorough post-sale support.

If an issue arises, we will:

  • Review configuration details

  • Assist with diagnostics

  • Verify pinouts

  • Help isolate wiring vs tuning issues

  • Offer practical solutions

In most cases, issues are resolved through guided troubleshooting.

If a legitimate build error is identified on our end, we will work with the customer to correct it.

Our goal is always a functional and successful installation.

Order Accuracy Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting correct options

  • Verifying engine and ECU compatibility

  • Providing accurate build information

  • Confirming connector types

  • Confirming sensor types

Incorrect information provided at time of order does not constitute grounds for return or refund.

Modifications & Alterations

Any modification, repinning, re-termination, or alteration of the harness after delivery voids warranty coverage.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may not be cancelled once production has started.

Due to material allocation and production scheduling, cancellation after build initiation is not permitted.

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing from VTEC Innovations, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Warranty & Returns Policy.
