Returns and cancellations
We do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds for correctly supplied products. Please confirm your application and selected options before ordering, or contact us for help.
For eligible products, cancellation requests must be received within 24 consecutive hours of placing the order, including weekends and holidays, and before shipment or supplier fulfillment. Eligibility is based on when we receive your request.
Our two main VTI in-house engine looms are noncancelable from the time the order is placed, in every configuration:
- VTI Honda H/B-Series OBD1 Engine Harness – P28 / Hondata S300
- VTI Link G4X Engine Harness – CivicLink HC96X / Honda OBD2A
These looms do not qualify for the 24-hour cancellation window. Choosing the correct engine, ECU, connectors, sensors, and options is essential. Please ask us before purchasing if you are unsure.

Harness workmanship
We stand behind the workmanship of our harnesses. VTI warrants that wiring is correctly pinned to the agreed order specifications, connectors are properly terminated, circuits are continuous and tested before shipment, and materials meet the construction standard described at purchase. If a workmanship defect is identified, we will evaluate and address it and work with you to correct a confirmed VTI build error.
This workmanship coverage excludes damage caused by improper installation, physical abuse, excessive heat, improper connector handling, external wiring faults, incorrect ECU setup, tuning errors, or modifications that cause the problem. Contact us before repinning, re-terminating, or altering a harness so we can help diagnose the issue.
Technical support and order accuracy
For support, email your order number, vehicle and engine details, ECU model, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs. We can review configuration details, verify pinouts, assist with diagnostics, and help distinguish wiring issues from tuning or vehicle-system faults.
Customers are responsible for selecting compatible options and providing accurate build information. A customer selection error does not qualify for a change-of-mind return or refund. If we supplied the wrong item or it does not match the agreed specifications, contact us so we can resolve the issue.
Installation and intended use
Unless a product listing states otherwise, VTI motorsport products are intended for off-road or competition use. Installation quality, vehicle condition, ECU configuration, and calibration affect safe operation. Have a suitably qualified installer verify compatibility and installation before use.
Your rights and related policies
These rules do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including those relating to defective, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied goods, or applicable rights concerning shipping delays and non-delivery.
